I'm behind...

on my blogging! I have had no motivation to blog lately which is sad because I have LOTS to put on here.
So for now, here are 2 pictures of the Black Tie dinner we were to in Anacortes, WA. It was to raise money for the hospital there. Daniel's company has done work on it and is a big supporter of the town. We were invited kind of last minute so it was stressful getting everything ready! We found a babysitter up there to watch Johnny while we were at the party and left Addie to stay overnight with a family we know. Johnny was only happy for the sitter for about 20 minutes then he screamed for like an hour! Finally she called me and said "I think he's ready for you." He was so worn out from all the crying that he fell right to sleep after I fed him and we were able to enjoy the rest of the evening.
I am sad we didn't get more pictures of the cute town or Johnny, or anything besides us dressed up. :)

Happy Easter!

(Yes, Addie is wearing Christmas pajamas on Easter)

During the last part of conference today Addie fell asleep. She claims everyday that she is not sleepy so I have stopped fighting with her to take naps. Instead we have implemented a 'quiet time' where she can read, play or fall asleep as long as she is quiet so that Johnny can sleep (and I can have a minute to myself).

We had both kids asleep at the same time :)

Easter Happenings Part 3

Saturday morning we went to an Easter Egg hunt at a nearby park. (That's the video) Again she ran all the way across the grass to get candy. She must have ran around and collected all of the Tootsie Rolls because that's all she had in her bucket!

We left that park and went to the Rec. Center for some more fun. Her age group was inside and she had a chance to see the Easter Bunny.
