This past Sunday we blessed little Opal. Daniel gave a beautiful blessing and it was fun to have some of his family here visiting! His parents came up for the week and his brother,Paul, came for couple of days and they all stayed with us. My kids love having people here to play with! Ben and his family came up from Olympia on Sunday. This post probably contains more pictures than necessary of Opal in her dress but, as her mom I think they are all so cute!
There was another family that blessed their little girl on Sunday too (the babies are 2 weeks apart!). The little girl's dress was hand made. I started to feel kind of bad that not only is our dress store bought (I am in no way that talented to sew a blessing dress!) but all 3 girls have wore the same dress! They can't even say they had their own. Oh, well. Hopefully they don't hold that against me one day!

Opal had her 6 week check up this week. My little chubs weighs 9 pounds 2 ounces! Somehow, even with all of the spitting up, she managed to gain 2 pounds since she was born. Must be all of the chocolate I am eating! :)
