We spent 3 whole days at LEGOLAND! It was so nice not to feel rushed! The first day we visited the aquarium and were able to go on a ton of rides! When we went 5 years ago the kids were sick and not really in to doing a lot while we were there. This time the 2 older ones were tall enough to go on just about everything and Dia got to do a lot also! It was pretty warm while we were there. We were all melting while waiting in the lines! The aquarium was a nice break from the sun! The lines weren't too bad for most of the stuff which was so nice! We waited until the afternoon to go on the rides that had a long line in the morning and we were able to walk right on most of them!
I was a little surprised that Dia wanted to go on this ride. Addie and Johnny liked it last time but I was worried Dia would hate it. They went on it multiple times!
We *may* have lied about her age to get her on this ride. She was super bummed that you had to be 4 and she missed out on it the first time Addie and Johnny went on it. Later in the day we tried again and we told the ride attendant she was 4 and she got right on! The people in front of us had to do the same thing. Really a 3 year old can sit on a horse and hold on. :)
Throughout the park there were little water related things to do. So nice to give the kids a chance to cool off with some shade and water!
Loved all the Star Wars characters made from LEGO!
I love roller coasters, Daniel not so much. I love fair rides and anything that goes fast or gets your stomach! Johnny is my little buddy when it comes to rides. Addie doesn't like them so she stays behind with Daniel and the babies on the ground. I was so happy he was just tall enough to go on most of these and he was so brave! We had a blast! After every ride he would say, "That was awesome!"
Checking out the fish. :)
Last time we went we had no idea what Chima was. Now we are practically experts. Johnny had fun naming all of the characters throughout the day!
Johnny was so bored on this ride! The age group was 3-5 so he was stuck with the little kids! Dia did fantastic though! We did let them ride this one more time and for the second time we may have told a little lie about age to get Johnny on with the older kids (age 6+)!
